yes we should... at least we should try to get to the point we we could...
We'll probably get lots of bool<->sal_Bool implicit conversion as
warnings since MSVC doesn't seem to like that. The quick solution
(aside from using bool for UNO API) is to use static_cast, but then we
would need to put it in a lot of places to make MSVC warning-free.
