[REVIEW] use 3.5.3 version for linux desktop integration packages

Hi, we need to reset buildid for each bugfix release, see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47840 This value is used also as release number for the Linux packages. It is perfectly fine for all packages except for the desktop integration because they use the version 3.5 instead of 3.5.x. The solution seems to be easy, see http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=4045e770193ae632aca7075105dda89686c597d6 We need it also in 3-5 branch. Best Regards, Petr
