This patch corrects the positioning of the errorbars when selecting a
standard desviation error type.
The current behaviour is centering the bar at the value of the standard
desviation, the expected behaviour should be centered around the data point.
The patch should also be cherry picked to 3.5 since i consider it a high
priority bug.
