Hmm, it fixes import in LO-3.5 but if you save the file it gets broken
in LO-3.4 and even more broken in MS Office. Is this intended?
After long discussion with Thorsten and Fridrich (thanks for patience) I
see that the new implementation follows the standard and is used by
another svg readers and producers, so it the way to go => signed off and
pushed to 3-5-2 branch.
