I generally regenerate the list regularly
FWIW, something like CharPosArray::Insert is listed as unused (and is
unused), but is hard to find in the code because its generated from a
SV_DECL_VARARR macro, so there's some overlap with the easy-hack to
convert from those macros to generic STL

Targeting STL conversion to the stuff that appears in unusedcode.easy
