Is there some easier git-magic available for working on and

re-submitting a patch?

        git commit -a
        ... enter your commit message etc. ...

        And then mail in the result of:

        git format-patch -1 master

        or somesuch - then this can be applied with a quick and easy:

        git am<  0001-do-foo.patch

        approach :-)
