Some nitpicking: isEmpty() seems to be accidentally replaced with
getLength().
I noticed this too, it probably crossed a patch from someone else.
@Winfried: Thanks a lot for the patch. Its really cool (at least for me
:) ). In the meanwhile, it would be really great if you could pick more
such hacks that interests you?
I am working hard on 44516 and related bugs now and there are quite some
nasty issues to be solved :/
