+1 but with different details.
I noticed this in the webpage. The time in the "reported" and
"modified" fields switched between something and ICT, which is my
configuration. And it's incorrect! Example, the same time displayed:
  15:58 ICT (It's UTC+7) and 07:58 ICT (which is incorrect)

Bah, I forgot to see the date.

Anyway, it's not always reproducible ...
