I want to know if there is any plan to get LO for x64, python comes in
LO was built in x32.

Nobody is working on such a port as far as I know.

I get the SDK for Libre office but has no python bridge.

The Python--UNO bridge is included in LO itself (see LibreOffice.app/Contents/MacOS/py*), the SDK traditionally has little (additional) support for PyUNO.
