In case somebody actually tries to build it :), the easiest way seems to be:
g++ -Wall -O2 -save-temps 
a.cxx -DUNX -DLINUX -I$LODIR/solver/unxlngx6/inc -L$LODIR/solver/unxlngx6/lib -luno_sal
$ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LODIR/solver/unxlngx6/lib ./a.out
