Hi there,

Windows build is broken once again, and this time it fails during
incremental build only.

After a full build succeeds, Doing e.g.

source Env.Host.sh
cd sc
<edit some file>
make

fails 100% of the time. It doesn't matter which module you are in, or
which file you touch. It always fails.

However, going up to the top directory and running make there
succeeds, but of course that builds the whole thing, which is dog
slow.

Running

make -f <module>/Makefile

from the top directory fails too, with the same error message.

Attached is an example of the error message I'm getting.

Does anyone ring a bell? AFAIK the incremental module build worked
just fine last week, so it must be a recent change that caused this...

Kohei
