Needs revisiting, whether its few uses should be changed to use sal/log.h
instead, or whether there is indeed demand for some higher-level logging
facilities (being based on UNO makes it unsuitable for many places in the
code base).
Right. Killing it off if it can be merged should be considered, which is why I
brought it up.
