for the change was that the new algorithm (AES) is "standard" and
implemented by others like Microsoft as well while the old one
(Blowfish) is not; there is no serious weakness with Blowfish that users
should be aware of.

So then it could read:

"In LibreOffice 3.5 a different, more often used encryption will be introduced. ..."

OK?
