services.rdb not created

Removing .component files in the output should always be safe. For .rdbfiles, some of them (the services ones) are generated in a two-stepprocess, where the first step is the creation of some .input file (nextto the .rdb file in the module's local output tree). If you do notremove that .input file, the .rdb will be regenerated with potentiallyoutdated data again.
