humm, I must have botched my git grep... sorry about the noise.
I'm a bit concerned, but I remember that, at some time, I did remove
some of these .IF "$SYSBASE" != "" since, at the time, nowhere was
SYSBASE actually set SYSBASE to a value anywhere, and I'm pretty sure
I was told then that this was a Hamburg-only build artifact...
actually git grep SYSBASE= still return nothing useful.
