locale, because 7-zip told me that files were corrupted. Could a bg locale

It seems to be bad CRCs, using command line unzip seems to unpack it
right.
Can you confirm that these submissions are under our preferred
LGPLv3+/MPLv1.1 combo ? Its common to do a "all my submissions will be
unless I say otherwise" to keep things simple.
