Let alone that OpenSymbol doesn't contain the characte yet..

However, it looks like Math formulas are based on MathML 2.0

and no mention to "There does not exists".

That should not matter, as you're free to define custom operators at
will, so there is already a mechanism to store non-default ones. But
of course there should be a mapping of the U+2204  symbol to the
combination of neg exists (one-way, not the other way round) for the
mathml part.
