Let alone that OpenSymbol doesn't contain the characte yet..

That should not matter, as you're free to define custom operators at
will, so there is already a mechanism to store non-default ones. But
of course there should be a mapping of the U+2204  symbol to the
combination of neg exists (one-way, not the other way round) for the
mathml part.
