BTW, very BIG thanks for Valgrind. it is a great and incredibly useful tool.
You will need to run V with "--dsymutil=yes" since you will not get any
line number info in the output without it.

Yep I used Xcode 3.2 _and_ gcc 4.0 :-) i.e the same toolchain we use
to build LO itself
