There are no dependencies other than XCode with the 10.4u SDK (it's
not enabled by default, so check it when installing XCode). Just use
--disable-mozilla.

Well - did you have to install anything else but XCode? (besides ccache and git)
Should be answer enough, shouldn't it?
Again: only when building mozilla from source you need libIDL and its
dependencies (glib and gettext and while not a real dependency:
pkg-config)
