[Libreoffice] Regarding LibreOffice Application Support

Hi all, We have a requirement for converting .dot to .doc in our application. I checked LibreOffice Website for any command line tool or any stand alone support , api support to include libreoffice in our application thru java. But i am unable to find. I just want to check whether libreoffice has any api or any application support thru any exposed services. Can any body shed me lights in this. Thanks Pavan
