Rename or erase unopkg executable/script in libreoffice/program. However 
I am not sure this is a clean way to do it.

I don't know. The configuration mechanism in OO/LO changed from 3.2 to 
3.3 and now all user changes are in registrymodifications.xcu in the 
user space.

The original/defaults configurations are in 
/libreoffice/basis3.3/share/registry .
