Yes, those patches allow to build python instead of using system python.
If they are, which bit version of python needs to be
invoked, 32bit or 64bit ? I guess 32bit ? Is there a variable for this ?
Yes, it would be 32bit - and you have to invoke the python runtime
that is then shipped with LO. /Applications/LibreOffice/..python
