Oooh ! :-) that would be brilliant :-) if we can get that great big (13
+Mb) blob of ICU out of the codebase, and substitute harfbuzz I'd be
thrilled :-)
HarfBuzz can do the layout part, but we still need a Unicode library
though it need not to be the monstrous ICU.
