To get access to the cms itself, create a login at
https://test.libreoffice.org/ForumMemberProfile/register
then mail the website@libreoffice.org list with request for edit-rights
If you just want to work on the style of the page, the theme (css) can
be found here:
https://github.com/tdf/cms-themes
To get involved, you should be subscribed on the website and/or
(design) marketing lists
Regarding the content related topic:
You're the first to spot the missing "s" :-) fixed
wrt the real content: Please have an eye on it and poke us again after
the site "goes live" (i.e. "test" part removed from DNS name).
If someone comes up with ready-to-put-up-on-the-site content we can
add it right away, other than that we'll postpone it until the other
pages are ready (as you pointed out, the pages need some graphics, and
some finishing touches here and there)
ciao
Christian
