Although fixing the -help/-h/-? action in presence of the unix quickstarter,
it does not support --help yet.
I wonder whether soffice should accept the alternative syntax of long prefix
"--" for not only 'help' but also all the rest of options or not?

I personally would like our startup script to support the standard '--'
type options for long names, and '-' type options for short names just
like everybody else does. So, I support changing all the command line
options to adhere to this convention.
OK, anyway except the "-help/-h/-?" group any of current options have no
short-name variant so far as you know. So we have to decide each of them
before adopting the above convention.

If we want to be cautious, we could still support the current options
with a '-' prefix in addition to the new ones, in which case we could
spit deprecation warning and suggestion to use the new option syntax in
the future when the old options are still passed. That should give
people enough chance to re-write their scripts etc.
Thanks for your suggestion, sounds reasonable to me.
