I'm happy wih libreoffice-build a.b.c.d[1], but that will get a problem
in bootstrap builds, no?

                --with-build-version="libreoffice-build $(OOO_BUILD_VERSION), $(DIST) package 
$(BINARY_VERSION)" \
 anyways, which e.g. expands to "libreoffice-build 3.2.99.3, Debian package 1:3.3.0~beta2-2" for 
beta3
