Well, much (most?) of the existing code, inherited from
OpenOffice.org, clearly uses some amount of consistent style
conventions, and when editing such files, one should, IMHO, follow
the style of the surrounding code. Whether that OOo style has been
formally defined and documented, I don't know now, and I am too
lazy to look for it;)

Well, we should conveniently inherit the OOo coding style guides for
now, I would think:

Otherwise: blend with the surrounding code is the golden rule.
