That would be the normal case. The problem the OPs are having is that their patches are too big to 
send by email–their email hosts are rejecting them. So the basic idea in this case is to upload the 
patch(es) somewhere on the Web. Bugzilla and Git repos are two of the most structured places to put 
patches, so….
