 * Automatically enable AutoFilter when opening CSV files

   + storing AF with the document should be reported in extra ticket (Eyal)
   + unrelated to CSV import so -1 for an option on this dialog (Bogdan)
   + MS Excel also does not offer an AF (or any other) function at
     the text import dialog (Bogdan)

 * Shorten the default-visible toolbars by showing less commands by default

   + remove at Standard: Chart, Text Box, Footnote, Endnote, Bookmark, Drawing
     functions
   + remove at Formatting: Strikethrough, Superscript, Subscript, Select outline

   + suggest a survey (Bogdan) likely failing since users are greedy (Heiko)
   + do not remove but hide so bringing it back is just a click away (Heiko)
   + using almost all functions myself, except Drawing Functions;
     on the Formatting bar hide Outline, Indentation, Spacing (Bogdan)

 * Allow setting desired word spacing also for non-justified paragraphs

 * Inserted dynamic array should have some border like it has in Excel

   + when active a border with shadow indicates the boundaries in Excel;
     if the area is occupied the border line appears dashed
   + fine-dashed line, following cell focus color, 1pt thick (Jan)
   + would follow Excel and show a solid line in case of no error and
     dotted if text spills into the area (Bogdan)
 => show the indicator if one cell in the dynamic area is in focus
