 * Remove RedlineRenderMode (or add a label)
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172466
   + underlining looks like hyperlink (Sahil)
   + Seems useful to keep (Stuart)
   + bloats the API, commands are hard to remove, breaks the
     configuration, implements a hard-coded design (Heiko)
   + removal not easy as the initial patch has many follow-ups
     and a lot of code needs to be touched
 => hide for now, leave ticket for later

 * (Re)consider default choice of styles for drop-down list in toolbar,
   properties deck, NBB
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172447
   + ten carefully picked PS by default (done for bug 1083519),
     no need to change (Heiko)
   + unclear why "Index" and "Caption" are part of the defaults
 => NAB
