 * Bring back customization of Notebookbars (or retire it for good)

   + broken due to restructuring with category labels, limited
     capabilities anyway, badly implemented by using the variable
     name, not expected by the users (Heiko)
   + rather improve than drop (Roman, Stuart)
   + no harm in removing it (Pedro)

   + positioning and sizing not possible; we could add a tab with
     a classic toolbar which then is customizable - kind of
     similar to how MSO allows editing the titlebar items (Mihai)

 * Add UI support for threaded comments in Calc

   + Author and Date for threaded replies missing (Ady)
   + a) improve notes (we cannot block editing of replies),
     b) create a special dialog (some effort and would be MSO-like;
        not possible to move comments around; Show All in Excel
        opens a sidebar)
     c) do it via sidebar (Writer-only yet and very early alpha stage)
   + best options seems to be the sidebar but fix issues first (Mihai)
