 * Break off part of the Format menu into a new top-level Object/Shape menu
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172167
   + no objection (Stuart)
   + slightly against this change as users are familiar with
     the menu (Jan, Heiko)
   + use an alternative UI; there are more menus over-long (Telesto)
   + intention was not primarily the menu length but the content,
     which could be Objects or Shapes (Eyal)
   + Shapes is not important enough in Writer for a top-level item,
     and Objects too generic phrased, at least (Heiko)
   + we need to consider the width as well, in particular relevant on
     macOS (Dan)
   + replace Forms by something and move the form controls into a
     submenu (Heiko)
 => do so and name it Objects until we find a better name

 * Bookmark dialogue can be made more efficient
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171107
   + select name, allow to change column width, minimize Hidden column,
     stay at selection on renaming
   + makes sense (Jan)
   + Window size too small to see the Hidden column; could become
     a checkmark (Eyal)
   + column sizing is possible on Windows (Heiko)
   + dialog is could deserve more love; eg Add without Insert (Eyal)
   + Edit Text / Hidden seems to be broken (Dan)
   + see also bug 122891 (Eyal)
 => do the minor changes

 * Column size in Table properties affects only one cell
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171913
   + split cells makes column sizing unpredictable (Eyal)
   + size columns without split cells as before;
     if split cells are there find the right-most edge and
     size at this point
   + MS Word (silently) refuses to resize
   + let's aim for consistency of behavior of the Table Properties
     dialog behavior with the dragging resize behavior (Eyal)
 => accept bug

 * Remove multiple ways to close document in tabbed view
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171323
   + File Tab, File context menu, Window context menu
   + not a problem (Stuart)
   + drop 'Close' from the File menubutton (Eyal)
   + remove the tiny Close toolbar button and the Help below (Heiko)
     + against; need to close a document with a single click (Eyal)
   + Originally thought we should remove Close from the File context
     menu, now less sure; we should remove the tiny button though,
     since it's only visible if the File tab is selected, so it doesn't
     allow for the ability to always close the current document with
     a single click (Eyal)
   + perhaps remove the entire hamburger menu? (John)
     + strongly against, these generic commands are essential (Heiko)
 => do it
 * Remove multiple ways to insert a table in tabbed view
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171445
   + Home: Table (has been removed), Insert: Table, Insert below context menu
   + remove extra button on Insert (Eyal)
 => accepted (encouraging to review other items as well, like Insert Image)
