 * Function wizard visible formula rows should adjust to the window size

     + most OS/DE suppress these small-step buttons nowadays (Heiko)

   + Regardless of suggest location of option, it should be possible
     to hide the Layers bar, as, usually, it is just a waste of
     vertical space (Eyal)

 * Using the name box is surprising in case of sheet names

     + Not in the case of multiple ranges with the same name
       on different sheets, or a sheet and a range with the same
       name (Eyal)
   + Excel does not jump to another sheet via the name box
     and therefore allows to enter a range name Sheet2 on Sheet1;
     switching the sheet is possible with a fully qualified
     cell/range name like Sheet2!A1 or Sheet2!A2:B4
   + balancing the convenience of switching to Sheet2 vs to enter
     a range with a potential name conflict we should keep
     the current solution (Heiko)

 * Better way to display many precedents and dependents (Detective)

   + an extension solves the issue also per dialog (Ady)
     + the dialog could be shown as an alternative if the number
       of arrows exceed some limit (Heiko)

     perhaps make arrow shafts *slightly* transparent (Jan)
