 * Conditional formatting does not override the font color of
negative numbers when an Excel file is opened with LibreOffice
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170398
+ issue is the priority of Direct Formatting vs Style Formatting (Ady)
+ in fact it is about contradicting attributes from different
sources font color for negative numbers and background color
via CF negative = error set both to red; Excel prevents this
+ likewise Excel we should block DF and CS if CF is active,
because those data points are expected to change (Eyal)
+ unlike in previous tests, both Excel and Calc use red on red
if CF comes on top of the numbering format
+ if CF is properly defined, ie. including the font color,
it will not interfere with other formats and overwrites the number
     format as expected
   => WFM/Invalid

 * The borders button says "shift to overwrite" but it does nothing and
we can't set the default border type making us have to click 3 times
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170488
+ no-shift action is to "add" borders, with shift only the selection
     is applied (Ilmari, Ady)
+ assuming the solution is a split button with the default action to
apply (add?) the last picked border and the expanded widget for
     all options (Ady)
+ clearer popup instruction for the shift instruction, perhaps
     dynamically responding to shift (OP)
+ dynamically changing tooltips are not possible with the
       current framework (Heiko)
+ maybe the shift button should be reversed (OP, Heiko)
+ with sufficient border configurations it has little benefit
       to add borders (Heiko)
+ completely against such reversion (Ady)
+ better wording with "Border (replace with shift)" (Eyal)
+ shift is usually to add something (Eyal, Heiko)
+ but wouldn't change the logic (Eyal)
+ split button would be convenient but rather in a different ticket
+ Excel has no overwrite/replace function and shows the last used
border in the split button default with all other options
     including More... when expanded
=> change the label, everything else into a different ticket

 * Add access to Theme Colors to the Notebookbar in Impress
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170485
+ occupies a lot of space for not much benefit; widget has
     some room for improvement (Heiko)
+ would not add this widget (Eyal)
+ disagree with the notion that this workflow is secondary (Eyal)
+ add a new tab "Design" and show the widget there (John, Eyal)
+ also look into better positioning (John)
   => do it

 * Better way of axis scaling in diagrams in LibreOffice Calc
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=169691
+ workaround: add a series with "dummy" data (Lars)
+ ODF has defined chart title and subtitle from a cell range,
only LibreOffice has not yet implemented it; scaling via cell
has not been added to ODF, though (Regina)
+ chart visualization should not be done via references
     to the data (Heiko)
+ believe spreadsheets / chart are more about convenience and
there might be many use cases where a central definition of
     chart scaling is valuable (Eyal)
+ afraid of missing backward compatibility (John)
   => comment and accept
