Funny: we discussed this topic in the design meeting recently, seehttps://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167292 for a summary(comments are welcome). In a nutshell: the accessibility checker showsthis issue and it might be worth to add some warning on save or export.
