 * Inform user about missing temporary folder

   + if configuration is possible we should obey - or inform (Jan)
   + just show an infobar (Heiko, Mihai)
   + changing the temp folder crashes the app, at least on Windows
   => do it

 * Make saving view settings to (Flat/) ODF files optional
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167149
   + low relevance since view settings depend on author data (Mike)
   + use either File > Properties or Options > Security (Heiko)
     + File > Properties removes the author from meta data and making
       the still existing viewsettings obsolete; we could drop it
   + request a toggle at File > Save... (Eyal)
     + strongly against further mutilation of system
       dialogs (Heiko, Mihai)
   + usually there is a function to purged personal data
     from a document (Mihai)
     + sounds good but requires a clean-up of other places (Heiko)
   + we could use a hash number instead of the clear author name; and
     keep the viewsettings (Sahil)

 * Apply vertical tabs design with large icons to dialogs with
   less than 6 tabs
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167084
   + VT are nice even on dialogs with 2 tabs (Sahil, John, Mihai)
   + display are mostly widescreen (Mihai) and there is an option
     suggested to switch back to HT (Heiko)
   + icons are an attractor and make the dialogs more usable (Mihai)
   + word wrap might be necessary for l10n (Mihai)
   => do it
