 * Formating -> Spotlight menu, a single UNO control to toggle All

 * Allow for setting icon/text/icon+text for all toolbars at once

   + UI variants are designed for different needs, such a global
     switch contradicts this; most toolbars become oversized with
     text anyway (Heiko)
   + show the option at the Tools > Options > Appearance tab (Eyal)
   + individual overflowing toolbars might be customized to _not_
     show text (Eyal)
   + beginner users might benefit from icons+text (Karthik, Sahil)
   + opt-in feature, users know where to toggle it off again (Eyal)
   + (optionally) have an overflow mechanism that moves items into a

 * Make uno:SetOptimalColumnWidthDirect (shift+alt+left/right)
   consider the whole column

   + proposal has some charm; unclear what to do in case of
     multi-column selection, probably run individually per column (Heiko)

     current scenario and the additional use case for parts of
     the column (Eyal)
   + Excel has no active cell in multi-selection and applies the AutoFit
     function to the selection, as requested
