 * Text Attributes dialog for Textbox - fit option group still confusing

   + dialog is used for many different objects such as Text, TitleText,
     OutlineText, Caption, Edge, Line and hidden for CustomShape; changing
     the label/workflow may have unwanted effects
   + similar discussion in bug 114924, c2 resolved WFM (Regina)
   => no further input, proposing WF

 * Autofill does not respect data validation rule
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98263
   + huge effort; unclear workflow (Eike)
   + Excel behaves the same and considers the validation rule as part
     of the source
   => resolve WF/NAB following Eike

 * Object rotation indication works backwards
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166632
   + has been like this since the dawn of time; inconsistent behavior
     across other programs; suggest to not change it (Regina)
   + tend to agree with the request but suspect inconsistencies (Heiko)
   => resolve WF/NAB following Regina

 * In LibreOffice Calc Conditional Formatting for Duplicates should be
   case insensitive
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166669
   + different scenarios; turning into lower-case is cheap (Heiko)
   + Excel does as expected, though
   => do it
