 * NB Tabbed UI does not provide onmouseover action appearance when
   hovering, implement native MS Ribbon Framework UI behavior

   single column

     + the trick is to go via Format > Column, using Edit Section >

   an option

 * The Find Toolbar must be customizable to have all options from
   the Sidebar Find deck

   + missing regex bug 119200, all sheets bug 98270, align defaults

   + additional controls could be hidden by default (Eyal)
   + one menu button similar to the sidebar options keeps the toolbar
     clean and simple and is also acceptable (Heiko)
   + broadly support Eyal (John)
