Subject: Urgent: Issue with LibreOffice Draw & Administrator Permissions

Dear LibreOffice Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention
several issues I am encountering with LibreOffice, and I would appreciate
your immediate assistance in resolving them.

Firstly, I want to reaffirm my support for your non-profit mission. I have
made a donation to the platform to contribute to your important work.

However, I am currently facing significant challenges with LibreOffice that
are preventing me from accessing crucial IRS tax information. Specifically,
I am experiencing corruption issues with the 'Draw' module, which have
rendered it unusable. I have attempted to resolve this by reinstalling the
program, but I have encountered the following issues:

   - *Installation:* The installation process fails when I try to install
   the latest version of LibreOffice.
   - *Uninstallation:* I am unable to uninstall the current version due to
   a message stating that I must be an administrator. I have already attempted
   to open the program as an administrator, but this did not resolve the issue.

These issues are causing serious inconvenience and impacting my ability to
complete essential tasks. I must emphasize that if these problems are not
resolved promptly, I will be forced to explore other alternatives. As much
as I value your platform, these ongoing technical difficulties are pushing
me to reconsider my use of LibreOffice.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look
