 * Choice of pie/donut orientation & initial angle should be offered in

 * "Delete Columns" and "Delete Rows" labels now include gratuitous
   comment "(for unprotected cells)"

   + wonder if renaming the commands is a solution- or just NAB (Heiko)
   + the command state responds properly and is disabled if not possible
     and execution fails an error message shows up

     "The range top be deleted contains protected cells. The operation
      cannot be completed."
   + the protect sheet dialog might tell "[ ] Delete columns with
     unprotected cells" (Sahil)
   + documentation needs to explain the workflow (Eyal)
  => revert bug 136003 and solve it at the protect sheet dialog

 * Community Discussion: UI changes for 'LibreOffice Theme' GSoC project

   + get inspiration from other tools like IDEs, mostly to not invent
     wheels again (Eyal)
   + name the main entry Appearance rather than Personalization (Eyal)
   + Remove next to Add is not needed and could be better Modify (Sahil)
   + extensive list of theme previews might be confusing and could
     be replaced by a simple list or a dropdown (Lynn)
