the next design/UX meeting is on Thursday, Mar/24,

 * Mark page center on horizontal and vertical rulers

   of a piece of text

 * Page Area in Start Center Does Not Respect Application Colors Scheme

   + Start center’s hard-coded color scheme doesn’t work for
     high-contrast mode users
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99116

 * Improve primary key creation when creating/importing a table

   + really need for improvement

 * Page preview, need toggle button for system colours <> real colours
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=139875
   + switching the colors is not a frequent interaction and well suited
     at tools > options
