 * Insert hyperlink dialog wont use text in highlighted cell as hyperlink text (Calc)

   + Pro having the text prefilled: c0, c7, c9 
   + Con: c4
   + Corner case: c8

 * CONFIGURATION: paragraph style sheets in in wrong language when using wizard

   + take style properties from Default used in the local installation (Heiko)

 * Persona categories are not actual categories (Options)
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=120475
   + drop categories and provide search only (Heiko)
   + keep categories to offer some ideas where to start (Muhammet)
