* Options for Number recognition in Writer tables deserve better default

When I try how the various options influence the workflow, result of
what one enters in a table, I see that there is both a dependency and an
independence of the first checkbox, with the 2nd & 3rd.
Can you please check(box :D ) that ?
+ hierachical relation of checkboxes needs to be fixed by
a) parent depends on child state
that partly is the current situation: if Number Recognition is off,
Number Format Recognition and Alignment are not active. Logic, checked
or not doesn't make any difference for the users input in a table.
b) removal of the parent item
makes no sense, in how I see the working of the settings - see above
c) no hierarchy, ie. all get left aligned
makes no sense, in how I see the working of the settings - see above
Cheers,
Cor
