[libreoffice-design] GSoC 2017

Hello friends of UX and design,

I pushed the GSoC ideas into a pad and asked some developers directly to become a mentor. 
Nevertheless we can still discuss priorities and whether or not we want to make promotion for one 
of the ideas. That could be done with more work in advance in terms of a precise description of 
what has to be done and how it should be implemented. So maybe you want to go over the ideas once
