Hi Stuart,
V Stuart Foote píše v Út 11. 11. 2014 v 14:41 -0700:
No problem reviewing the linked agenda in pad at
http://pad.documentfoundation.org/p/design, but really need the G+ Hangout
details and maybe how to get the invite obviously available on the Wiki.
Ah sorry if the wording is not that good! It's a wiki, if you see that
it does not fit enough, please feel encouraged to improve that. I think
the best is to advise to join the #libreoffice-design on
irc.freenode.net to sync how to get the invite, mailing me just before
the meeting does not work that well, I can easily overlook it
unfortunately :-(
Also not to try to make more work for anyone, but for archival purposes (and
allowing folks to catch up when unable to attend) we used to post the IRC
chat logs as Minutes to the Wiki. Could we resume that archive with your
minutes as posted to ML--assume you already scrape anything germane out of
the #libreoffice-design channel during the meeting.
If you can add at least the URLs to the older notes sent to the ML to
the wiki too, that would be awesome, indeed! - can you do that, please?
Also maybe post the
final post-meeting version of the agenda from pad at meeting end--prior to
clearing it for the next meeting?
I do it so that I copy the content to a local file, and then re-format
it for mailing later. So even if I don't send it right away, it is the
version that was there at the end of the meeting, so should be no
problem.
BTW - was great having you in the meeting the last time, hope you'll
join again! :-)
All the best,
Kendy
