[libreoffice-design] Add a option for Page margin color (features-request)

Hello:
Writer in Libreoffice 3.5.X has a beautiful page margin which had no color
on margin and had a shadow.
This make all pages in Writer looked like a "Real paper".

But this feature was removed since 3.6.0.
I guess some don't like it,  but I really love it.

Can we add a new option for someone to make this features back?
e.g. :
Tool > Options > Appearance > Text document > Page margin
