That did not change - to switch between icon themes you go to
Tools|Options → LibreOffice → Appearance and change the symbol style
to one of the shipped ones.
If you replace one of the images_identifier.zip files with your own,
you can use your own set of icons.
most likely your images_identifer.zip file has a wrong structure,
maybe you added one directory level too much.
