[libreoffice-design] SVG files for your 4.0 branding proposals

Hi everyone who's submitted a branding proposal,

I've just noticed there's been a bit of an oversight in our whiteboard
– it says nowhere that you should include a source file (preferably
SVG) with your proposal. So, if you're made a proposal and you're
reading this, please upload your source file asap – or at least until
Saturday 1700 UTC.
