Actually, we plan to phase out the Colors tab in Options sometime in the
future.
This color picker redesign is just the first step in a larger color
handling improvement effort.
The second step will be redesigning our other color picker, the one with
gradients, hatchings, and bitmaps.
And after that, we'll focus on creating palettes and adding colors to
palettes.
